Packing and Moving
BOXIGO will be accountable for relocation and shall coordinate with the vendor end to end.
- Bookings should be made minimum one week prior to the date of planned move out.
- An advance payment of Rs.1500 should be made as “Token Amount” for booking confirmation.
- If needed, customers are requested to provide authorized proofs for their ‘move-out’ and ‘move-in’ to avoid further inconvenience.
- We cannot assure the prices or availability would remain the same if any changes made to your move date. However, boxigo strive to provide the best service to fulfill your need.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company, use information collected from individual customers only on a need to know basis. We consistently track our systems to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
We advise you not to move any of the below-listed items through vendors. (eg. Tickets, Financial documents, Jewelry, Medical reports, keys, photo albums, Medical drugs, perishable food items). In case, if insisted by customers, BOXIGO / vendors will not be responsible for any loss or damages caused.
Modification of Terms
Boxigo possesses the right to change the terms & conditions, and notices under which the Services are offered through the Website. But, not limited to the charges for the Services provided through the Website. The User shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
- All major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets, Net Banking are acceptable methods of payment.
- All payments are processed through a secured server and completed through a third party payment gateway provider. We do not save, retain any credit card information/passwords/internet banking details, and other details used by customers for making any payments.
Cancellation of any booking requires a minimum of 24 hours prior notice. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a minimal charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
- 100% refund will be done only when the bookings are cancelled 7 days prior to move out date.
- If you wish to cancel your move in less than 7 days to your move date, your cancellation charges will be as below. (We levy cancellation charges only on token amount).
- Once a refund is initiated and approved, you will receive the money in 4-7 business days.

BOXIGO shall take the responsibility to coordinate with vendors to get the replacement/repair, or any settlement for any damaged goods while packing or moving (after proper inspection by the authorized team on the damaged goods).

Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exist on all text relating to the Company’s services and the full content of this website. This Company’s logo is registered, the brand names and specific services of this Company featured on this web site are trademarked. Users of this website are prohibited from using any marks without Boxigo's Written permission.
