We Pack At Your Home
Boxigo’s professional moving crews are happy to pack boxes and disassemble furniture, but most customers find it helpful to do some packing in advance. We recommend that you pack small and less-valuable items in advance of your move. No job is too big for the movers, but getting ready in advance will ensure that your Boxigo pickup is stress-free and as easy as possible.
We Pick It Up
Our movers will arrive at your scheduled move time. Smaller and less valuable items will be packed together into boxes while larger and more valuable items will be photographed individually before being wrapped and packaged. Have an item that you would like to make sure you can track individually? Make sure to point it out and the movers will make sure to photograph and box it separately. After the load is finished, the crew chief will review your Boxigo inventory with you to make sure everything is safe and accounted for.
Store in Our Space
Boxigo works with secure, commercial storage warehouses that are monitored and secured 24/7. These facilities are closed to the public, assuring that only professionals will be allowed on the premises. These warehouses are typically located outside of city limits in order to get you the best possible rates. The movers will carefully unload your storage from their trucks and organize your items to ensure that they are stored safely and efficiently.
We Return When You Need
You can track your stored items at any time – even during the move! Just log in to your Boxigo dashboard. Additional pickups and returns/deliveries are billed per mover per hour, with a one-hour minimum. We will return any item within 7 days.

Unfortunately there are some items we cannot accept for storage. A good rule of thumb is whether an item would be flagged by airport security. Chances are, that means we can’t store it either:
Boxigo provides a full-service storage experience at self-storage rates. Your rates for storage, pickups, and returns depend on how much and how long you store your belonging.
The square footage is calculated by the moving coordinator during the time of estimate based on the items list shared and it is recalculated when they pick-up your items and load them into the moving truck. This actual amount is based on how your items will be stored in the warehouse - typically items can be stored safely at a height totalling 5-7 feet.
The token amount is charged upon confirmation. And, at the end of pickup, your mover coordinator will review and confirm your inventory with you and you will be charged on the pro-rata basis on the first month of storage which would take within 3-5 business days. And you will get the subscription bill amount with-in the 1st week of every month.
If your needs for storage cancellation, please contact your Boxigo Team. If you have not yet met your minimum storage commitment, early termination fees may apply. We can schedule a return of your items within 7 days, but we advise giving as much advance notice as possible as availability can be more limited in periods of higher demand.

You will receive mail and SMS to your registered email and phone number and also you can log in to the customer portal to view and pay your monthly invoices via the link: https://books.boxigo.in/portal/boxigo/login
It's important to make monthly payments by the specified due date to avoid penalties. Delayed payments beyond the due date may incur penalties of up to 10% of the outstanding amount. We will send multiple payment reminders to your registered email and mobile number before due date.

The movers will help you pack and move just about anything that you would like. Some bulkier or fragile items (pool tables, exercise machines) require special care and should be moved with speciality movers. Our movers do not move or store these items but are happy to provide recommendations. If you have anything that may require special arrangements, please contact the Boxigo Team.
Yes! They are included with your move. Your movers will bring materials for packing and wrapping at the time of pickup.

To ensure security and privacy, we only use commercial warehouses which are closed to the public. Unfortunately, this includes you. However, we are always happy to return any items to you whenever you need them. We can return any items within 7 days, but if you need something even sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to help!

If their is major change in the list of Inventory other than mentioned list. There will be a revision in the estimate.
It is common practice that full gas cylinders, will not be stored in warehouses or storage facilities. Instead, they would be emptied before being stored. This is done for safety reasons, as storing full cylinders can pose a risk due to their contents.

Yes, Transportation and unloading charges will be levied upon delivery of stored goods, and these charges will be billed separately at the time of delivery.
The customer must provide at least one week's advance notice for item delivery. Short-notice deliveries will not be accepted, as they can disrupt the service provider's planning and logistics.
