There are three seasons in Chennai, Hot, Hotter, and Hottest. And yes, it has much more than the Goa vibes in this city, with an extra bargain, you get the humidity as well. Nevertheless, it is home to some beautiful beaches, amazing food, and a vibrant culture all along.

Chennai is a city that literally follows the phrase, “Early to Bed and Early to rise”, the city is mostly asleep by midnight (with a few exceptions of course!), and is even awake before the sun rises. One can spot beautiful rangolis( a traditional art form drawn in front of the houses) by 6 30 am. Chennai is at the busiest at this time of the hour with people flocking to flower markets, temples, and Udupi restaurants for some fresh and delicious plate of idlis and sambar. ( pronounced as sam- bhaaarr! )
Chennai also sees some overcrowding during their very famous fests such as jallikattu, Pongal, rallies, and temples (especially on Fridays).
