Before your move, you will be assigned to a Move Planner interface to assist in planning your move with the right packers and movers. During and after your move, you will be guided by the move co-ordinator.

Yes. We will create a profile from your phone number/email and generate a One Time password (OTP). You can always log in to continue from where you left, check the quotes, and book a move.

We are fully functional in Bangalore and Hyderabad for local shifting and long-distance relocation across these cities.

Please note: It is important to know whether, any of your electronic appliances require authorized dealer's technical support, to make its transportation safe. You need to organize it before your move date, as this is essential, and these electronic appliances are covered either by a warranty or a service contract.

We understand that your move requires a lot of planning. However, sometimes, you may have to change your move date. We are flexible in helping you with the rescheduling option for your move at your will.

But, the prices and availability of the packers and movers may vary with your new slot. Boxigo stands beside you, providing the best service.

Once your move is booked through Boxigo, your contact details will be shared with the packers and movers or when you opt for a house survey. Boxigo has covered all possible list of relocation items on our website that you may consider to move. There is no need for house survey hassle unless absolutely necessary. A request will be raised from our end in the event of certain queries on your load size.

To get the best rates and availability, we recommend booking your packers and movers 10 to 15 days prior to your move day. We also suggest you book your packers and movers ASAP once you receive the quotations, to avoid any odds of availability or price fluctuations on the packers and movers end.

We recommend you to book your move at least forty-eight hours in advance. We will try our best to get your last-minute move on the road. Simply plan your move by selecting the soonest possible date and let us know when you would prefer to move. We'll coordinate with available packers and movers to get you moving.

You can update the inventory until it’s been reviewed. Once reviewed, you need to contact our customer support for any further changes.

Boxigo has tied up with multiple packers and movers which provide quality services. When you opt for full/premium packing with any mover, Boxigo ensures that all your items will be packed using good packaging material. Certain insignificant items (such as plastic chairs) that do not require profound packaging can be loaded as it is.

Our shifting partners have safe and insured storage spaces where you can store your household items until your new home is ready. You will be guided by your shifting expert about the options and free offers for storage based on the packers and movers you choose.

Some things that are not automatically included in the Boxigo All-in 1 package are additional services (professional packing, storage, insurance, Home services like AC uninstallation/installation etc.). You can always add these to your Move Plan if you'd like.

Your mover will contact you a few hours before your move slot. You have no restrictions to call your mover directly or seek updates from your move coordinator.

With the confirmation details mailed to you the day prior to your move day, the specifics regarding the trucks will be mentioned as well. The same details will be furnished on your dashboard on the Boxigo website.

If your packers and movers cancel your booking, Boxigo will reach out to other movers right away to find a replacement that matches your quotation to the nearest.

Constantly, our move coordinator will update you with other best options. An email will be sent across with the costs and availability of the movers after we cross-check all the details with them. You can always chat, email, or call us if you have any queries.

Yes. You will be asked to make the full payment at the EOD of your relocation. You can either pay it online or to the mover directly in cash. Please inform your move coordinator regarding the same.

In case of any damages caused to your items during transit or the movers’ negligence, please report to Boxigo immediately.

Sending an email to support@Boxigo.com with appropriate pictures of the damages is recommended to ensure you have a proper paper trail. Boxigo will take necessary action to get your items replaced/repaired or any settlement.

Boxigo guarantees that our movers treat you and your items professionally, with courtesy and honesty. If any problems occur, we advise you to report Boxigo immediately to get prompt solutions.
